PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED.

THIS AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN X2 SECURITY.COM (“COMPANY”) AND THE USER OF THIS PRODUCT/SERVICES (“YOU”). BY USING THE SERVICES ON X2 SECURITY.COM, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS IN THIS AGREEMENT HEREINAFTER. THIS AGREEMENT GIVES THE RIGHT TO ACCESS AND USE THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (“PRODUCTS”) PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY. 
 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
You agree that company reserves the right to change, modify, remand, delete, withdraw, or republish the prices of any of its product without notice.
 
You agree that all orders must be approved by appropriate agencies according to its terms prior to shipment of product you ordered unless agreed otherwise between company and you.
 
You agree that all orders are F.O.B. S un Valley , CA 91352, unless agreed otherwise.
 
You agree that return merchandise will not be accepted for credit to be used to purchase other products or for repair until company gives a permission and issues Return Merchandise Authorization number unless agreed otherwise.
 
You agree that you are responsible for any fees incurred for the purpose of returning the product/s regardless of reason for the return unless agreed otherwise.
 
You agree that all products you purchased can NOT be refunded and may only be processed as a store credit if 30 days has past since the original purchase date unless agreed otherwise.
 
You agree that you will notify company within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of shipped product/s if number of product/s received does not match the number of products you ordered.
 
You agree that you will refuse or note on your delivery receipt or the bill of landing at the time of receipt of ordered products if products are damaged, otherwise you may not have the claim against the delivery carrier.
 
You agree that any defective products that is out-of-box will only be exchanged for the new equipment if returned within fifteen (15) days from the original purchase date with like-new condition in original package.
 
You agree that the price quote given through the Dealer Quote System are valid only for thirty (30) days from the time the price quote is given by company sales person. You agree that company will not be held responsible for the price quotes given to a third party (ex. Your customer), once the price quote has exceeded thirty (30) days time period.
 
You agree that company will NOT be held responsible for any typographical errors including, but not limited to the product prices and/or specifications.  
 
You agree that availability of any products may depend on manufacturer’s availability at the time of the purchase.
