THIS AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN X2 SECURITY.COM (“COMPANY”) AND THE USER OF THIS PRODUCT/SERVICES (“YOU”). BY USING THE SERVICES ON X2 SECURITY.COM, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS IN THIS AGREEMENT HEREINAFTER. THIS AGREEMENT GIVES THE RIGHT TO ACCESS AND USE THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (“PRODUCTS”) PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Company offers you a 15 day money back guarantee on all defective products in “as new” condition. Products should have its original packaging along with accessories like documentation, CD, cable. The returned product with missing items or damaged product will NOT be accepted as a money back return or a store credit.
All returned products should NOT be
* Products which are improperly packaged for return.
* Products returned in non-qualified shipping container.
*Packages with counterfeit label/s or with tampered labels affixed.
* Products with any standard certification labels removed (UL listing, Capacity, Brand Name, UPC code).
* Products or packages with barcode label removed.
* Products with SERIAL NJUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on package or invoice (X2Security.com maintains serial number on record).
* Damaged: Cracked components or damage to any circuit boards.
* Damaged: Any dents, scratches, defacements or abuse of base casting.
* Damaged: Torn or punctured tape seals.
* Damaged: Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners.
* Product categories: CPU’s, notebooks and other items labeled with security seal will not be accepted for return.
In case of wrong product shipped, lost package, shipped to wrong address or damaged in transit,
1. You must file a claim for all lost UPS and FedEx packages, as well as any shipments by common carrier.
2. No claim can be filed for lost USPS packages if tracking is not used.
3. Damaged in transit, packages should be refused at the time of delivery.
4. Wrong shipments can be credited once the incorrect product has been retuned and received.
Software, CDS, DVDS, Video Games, and consumables including, but not limited to, Toner Cartridges, Ink Cartridges and Digital Media are not returnable.
Products offering mail-in-rebates are non-returnable to X2Security.com once the rebates have been filed for. Be sure that the product is working and that you intend to keep the product before filing for rebates. Products missing UPC codes from the box are also NOT returnable and will be REJECTED or subject to a restocking fee.
All returned products must be in the original packaging including, but not limited to, manuals, accessories, and cables, with Return Authorization Number clearly printed on the outside of the package.
Return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days from the original purchase date. company shall have sole discretion as to the credit method.
All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund.
Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded.
Any returned products may be charged up to fifteen (15) % of original purchase price for restocking fee.
EXCEPTIONS TO COMPANY’S RETURN POLICY
All oversize televisions (27 inches and larger), LCD or Plasma Screen TVs and Monitors may not be returned to our company.
You have responsibilities to
* Carefully inspect the product and make sure it properly functions before shipper leaves you premises.
* Refuse to accept the product if you discover damage or incorrect item. Then shipper will return the product and company will credit your order.
* Read and understand the shipper’s release form before you sign.
If you have an issue after you accept the products, then you must contact the manufacturer directly.
Please note that special ordered items and clearance items are excluded from a 30 day money back guarantee, and that items are accepted as store credit only. There will be a 25% restocking fee for items that are not defective. X2Security.com is not responsible for shipping and handling charges on any returned items. Customer is responsible for any return freight fee. Please allow two to three days from the date when X2Security.com receives a returned item for the credit to appear on your credit card.
